Please note that we've sold 5,000+ Beyblade in India and are a trusted brand name in the Indian blader community. We gain nothing by trying to scam or dupe you in any way. That's why we do our 100% best to offer clear images of both, the top and the bottom of the Bey so you can analyse the product condition before placing the order. The below policy is more of a selling prerequisite or formality. Still, you must read the policy below before initiating a refund, cancellation, or return.
Cancellations:
- Before Shipment: If you change your mind before your order is packed, you can cancel it anytime for a full refund. Simply contact us on WhatsApp and we'll take care of it.
- After Shipment: We do not accept cancellations after the order has been Shipped.
Return/Exchange:
We offer partial refunds/ exchange in the following situations:
- Incorrect Product: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, we'll issue exchange it for the correct item. Please contact us immediately after receiving your order.
- Misleading Description: If you feel that the product description was misleading and the product received is significantly different from what was advertised, we'll offer an exchange. Please contact us immediately after receiving your order and explain the discrepancy.
How to Request for Replacement:

- Provide your details and reason for return/replacement.
- If applicable, provide clear images of the damaged or incorrect product.
- We'll review your request and process for the return/replacement as soon as possible.
Important Notes:
- We reserve the right to refuse a cancellation, refund, or return if the above conditions are not met.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit based on your choice.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Shipping cost will not be refunded.
