Unfortunately, we have stopped taking COD orders recently. The risk of the customer not paying or the shipment being returned is financially problematic for us given how payment methods such as UPI apps have gained traction so much. Use our easy checkout process to pay for your order.

We ship your order within 2 days of payment except for Sundays. All products are readily available and we keep them all in our warehouse. You can expect your delivery via Bluedart (with tracking ID) in 4-6 days.

While you place your order, you can add any delivery notes. We will try our best to arrange the delivery on the mentioned date. As for once the item is shipped and if you're out, you can talk to the delivery partner to reschedule.

• If you cancel before the item is picked up by the courier service, yes. The full amount will be refunded.
• If you cancel after the item is picked up by the courier, we will do a partial refund deducting a small fee equal to the courier fees.
• If you receive an item that's lower in quality or value for any reason, or is visibly damaged, or if you feel misled by the description only, we will refund you and you can return the product to us.
• If there is no visible difference between the images & description provided on the website and the product received, then we cannot accept a refund. But if you do have a compelling reason, we're all ears. Get in touch with us on WhatsApp and we'll work something out.
